Douglas County Network, is a free website of local resources, for locally owned businesses and locally run services.
We have hand picked businesses we have used and find they fit the criteria for being called local operated .
Not just a list of business of the area. That is what a phonebook is for. We have lived here for over 30 years, with over 50 family members
in Douglas County. And these are from services our family, friends and coworkers have used over these 30 years.
We like to think voting for top businesses is fun, like is done locally. But in our opinion having a free site. Where no one pays us to advertise.
Allows us to give our honest views.  
This site was built to provide free, help for those that struggle to know who to call?  Better then Google, and Angies, Because we are putting our time in.
And asking nothing in return.

Your experience may vary, there is no guarantee you will have the same experience we have. But we base these views on Thousands of hours
of services we have used at home, in our businesses, and employment and to get services when needed.
This does not mean that a company not listed is not a good or reliable company. We either do not have experience with them, or they did not
meet the criteria.
